Orders and delivery
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive in 5 to 7 business days after dispatch, anywhere in India. You get updates as it moves.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Not right now. Every order is paid online by UPI or card at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, until it is handed to the courier. Write to us from the Contact page with your order number.
Do you ship outside India?
Not yet.
Returns and refunds
Can I return a piece if I change my mind?
No. We accept a claim only for a damaged or wrong piece, reported within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video. This keeps prices fair for everyone.
Why do you need an unboxing video?
It shows the parcel arrived sealed and what was inside. We also pack every order on camera, so the two together settle a claim quickly.
When will I get my refund?
Within 5 to 7 working days of the claim being approved, to the way you paid.
Sizes and pieces
How do I find my size?
Tap 'Size chart' on any product. It shows where each measurement is taken and the numbers for every size, in inches or centimetres.
Will the colour look exactly like the photo?
Very close, but screens differ, so a piece can look a shade lighter or darker than on yours.
Can I ask about a piece before buying?
Yes. Use the chat button on the product page and the piece's details come with your message.
Your account and data
Why do I need to sign in to order?
So we can reach you about delivery and keep your orders, invoices and addresses in one place. Browsing never needs an account.
Who sends the sign-in code?
The code comes from ITLU by SMS or WhatsApp. We will never call you to ask for it; do not share it with anyone.
Can I download or delete my data?
Yes. In your account, open Profile: 'Download my data' gives you everything we hold, and 'Delete my account' erases it. See the Privacy policy for what the law makes us keep.
