Terms of use and sale

These terms apply when you use this website or buy from ITLU Studios. By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them once.

The seller

ITLU Studios, a sole proprietorship owned by the owner. Address: Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Contact: care@itlu.local.

Your account

• You must be 18 or over to create an account or place an order.
• You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. Keep your phone secure; orders placed from your account are treated as yours.
• Give us your real name, number and address so we can deliver. We may close accounts used for fraud or abuse.

Products and prices

• We describe and photograph every piece as accurately as we can. Colours can look a little different on different screens, and handwork can vary slightly from piece to piece.
• Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you pay.
• Each product page shows its country of origin.
• If a price or detail is clearly wrong because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Offers and codes

A piece gets either its sale price or a code's discount, whichever is better, not both. Each code has its own conditions, shown with it, and can be withdrawn or changed. Codes have no cash value.

Orders and payment

• An order is accepted when we confirm it by message or email. We may decline an order, for example if a piece is no longer available; any payment is then refunded in full.
• Payments online are handled by our payment gateway. Cash on delivery is not offered at present.

Delivery

We ship across India with our courier partners. Most orders arrive in 5 to 7 business days after dispatch. Delays caused by the courier, weather or events beyond our control can happen; we will keep you updated. Please check the parcel is sealed when you receive it.

Cancellations

You can ask to cancel by writing to us on the contact page until the order is handed to the courier. After that it cannot be cancelled.

Returns and refunds

We accept a claim only for a damaged or wrong piece, reported within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video. The full conditions are in the Returns policy. Approved refunds are made to the way you paid within 5 to 7 working days of approval; cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or UPI.

Our content

The ITLU name and logo, our photographs, designs and text belong to ITLU Studios. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Sharing a link to a product is always welcome.

Fair use of the site

Do not misuse the site: no scraping, automated orders, attempts to break its security, or false claims. We may block access that does.

Liability

Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Beyond those rights, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not responsible for indirect losses.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please write to our Grievance Officer first; most things are settled quickly. Any dispute that remains is subject to the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on the site when you place an order applies to that order.
